GENERAL

 

• Payments should be paid fully within 1 weeks, or will be declined.

• After the work process has begun, it is not possible to refund. If I cannot continue working on the piece for any reasons, I’ll provide the clients full refund.

​

• After the lineart, clients wishing to revise details such as pose, clothing, details in the drawing, background, etc. (errors not caused by the artist) will be charged an additional $10 (250,000 VND) per revision.​​

• The privacy price is $50 (1.250.000)

​

• The prices below are for personal use only. Commercial commissions will be double the total price.

•  Use my works for AI training data is NOT allowed.

​

• Client may not use the discarded sketches for any purpose.

​

• I might refuse if I feel like I'm not suitable for drawing.

​

• The full artwork from google drive may be delete after 90 days

​

 

ABOUT ARTWORK

• I can do original character, fanart, kemonomimi, furry/anthro, animals, creatures, suggestion or artistic nude, nsfw.

​

•  I can't do: mecha, gore, nsfw of real people (This includes film actors).

​

• Max character per artwork is 3. If you want more than that, dm for further discussion.

​

•  The first sketch will be sent within 4-5 days

PROPERTY RIGHTS

As the artist:

- I have all rights to the commissinded artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not owership of the artwork itself.

 

- I have the right to use artwork for my portfolio/social media.

 

- If you pay for privacy fee, artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purpose.

As commissioner:

- You are permitted to use the work for non-commercial purposes. Such as: print the art for yourself,wallpapers,... post it on social media with credit to me NomaeJie

 

- Without commercial rights purchased, you can't use my artwork for streaming, printing merch for sell, promotion,...and any commercial purposes.
